Fundamentals I

Fundamentals I is an instructor led program cycling thru an 8 week curriculum exposing new and old students to the foundational principles of grappling. Focusing on a selection of primary positions, Fundamentals I is suitable for grapplers of any experience level seeking an introduction to, review or refinement of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Students can expect an accessible experience, learning thru cooperative drills and games without competitive sparring.

All-Levels

All-Levels is an instructor guided, student directed class complementing the Fundamentals curriculum with goal based training and positional sparring. Open to students after completion of the Fundamentals program or grapplers of sufficient previous experience. Students can expect an active yet accessible class, learning thru cooperative and resisting drills and games.

Kids

Raptor Kids is led by several instructors who organize a supportive environment that exposes youth students to the foundational principles of grappling thru a selection of fundamental techniques. Plus, a side of fun. Suitable for children of any experience level ages 8-14 seeking an introduction to, review or refinement of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as greater levels of fitness, self-defense and confidence. Students can expect an accessible experience, learning thru cooperative drills and games. Keep the baloney for their sandwiches, Raptor Kids get Big Techniques, just for little people.

Women's Only

Women's Only provides a safe environment for our students who prefer to train exlusively or supplement their training in a female-identified space. Access is included in our membership or available as an independent package. Incorporating self-defense, group fitness, and technique instruction, students from beginner to advanced can expect an accessible, inclusive, productive experience.

Fundamentals II

Fundamentals II is a 60 minute instructor led program accompanying the 8 week Fundamentals I curriculum exposing new and old students to the foundational principles of grappling thru focusing on a selection of fundamental techniques. Suitable for grapplers of any experience level seeking an introduction to, review or refinement of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Students can expect an accessible experience, learning thru cooperative drills and games with positional sparring as well as some elements of the pedagogy they will find in the all-levels classes.

Advanced

Advanced Practice is a student led, instructor organized course covering special topics, tactics and strategies with ample time devoted to open training, allowing space for personal projects and exploration. Suitable for grapplers with experience and comfortable with self-directing training. Students can expect a challenging class, physically and technically, incorporating competitive sparring.

Open Practice

Open Practice presents an opportunity for students to pursue personal projects, providing supplemental time for drilling as well as rolling. Students are encourage to utilize this space for technical development and deepening their understanding of the art.
